BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

The purpose of the position is to ensure compliance with Kubota Tractor Corporation's policies and procedures regarding: dealership UCC audits, dealership approval and setup, rental payment invoicing and administration. The scope of the position will be to assist in enforcement of internal DFG processes and procedures. Daily interactions will be with dealership personnel and KTC associates at both the headquarters and KTC divisional offices.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines:

Ensure adherence to KTC's rental program guidelines through oversight of dealership invoicing and payment processing.

Review, preparation and routing of used equipment appraisals and inventory floorplan requests.

Assist in Dealer Development by: Ensuring completion of all Financial Services documentation, verification of credit references, system setup approved dealership applicants.

Assist with other administrative functions: tracking and review of annual dealer ownership verifications (DOV) forms, other assigned administrative follow up including receipt and archiving periodic dealership financial statements.

Verify dealership inventory insurance (provided by KTAC and other outside carriers) is maintained and properly archived for reference.

Review and audit KTC inventory UCC filings on Kubota dealership entities.

Additional duties as assigned by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Mathematics preferred, high school diploma preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel - Advanced, Word and Powerpoint - Intermediate), SAP system experience preferred but not required. Two years of equivalent experience or previous Kubota experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Office environment.
