The Director, Finance - FP&A is a key leadership role for the largest business unit of a global manufacturing company based in the Providence, Rhode Island area. The position reports directly to a Global Finance VP, with an indirect dotted line to the Group Chief Financial Officer. The position is based on-site 5 days a week and is a key leadership role within the organization. Along with competitive base salary pay and bonus there is also equity available.

Job Description
The Director, Finance - FP&A will be responsible for the following:
Lead cost and financial analysis support to the manufacturing plant operations - including financial planning, reporting and forecasting to support group decision-making process and successful financial performance.
Evaluate potential opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, develop financial models, and conduct due diligence.
Provide analysis of all capital investment programs including internal/external investment, inventory and supply chain projects and cost reduction programs
Provide cross-functional leadership and support to different department leaders
Develop and train managers to assess the financial and cost impact of business decisions including the evaluation of alternatives.
Develop and present monthly balanced scorecards and coordinate the monthly management review process.
Oversee preparation of monthly bridge statements and provide financial management support to the businesses through budgeting and long-range planning.
Analysis of Capital spending and leasing and work with product management on SKU rationalization and profitability to calculate IRR. Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
The Successful Applicant
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Related Field- Strongly Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Related Field - Essential
12 - 15+ years of progressive FP&A/Finance tenure
Manufacturing Industry Experience Essential
International Company Tenure Preferred
Systems; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Similar
Strong communication and leadership skills What's on Offer
