Test Technician

PGS Worldwide is seeking a skilled Test Technician with experience in RF testing, analog/digital circuit troubleshooting, and component-level diagnostics. This hands-on role supports production and engineering teams by conducting functional and performance testing on complex electronic assemblies, including solid-state and micro-circuitry systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate test apparatus for electronic circuit card assemblies (CCAs)

Execute detailed test procedures and standards to evaluate electronic performance

Perform component-level troubleshooting of RF, analog, and digital circuitry

Adjust and calibrate systems based on technical requirements

Use schematics and diagrams to identify and isolate faults

Recommend improvements to products, procedures, or equipment based on test outcomes

Support engineers in test design and documentation of procedures

Operate and interpret results from Oscilloscopes, Digital Multi-meters, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, RF Power Meters, and other diagnostic equipment

Document and report test findings accurately using Microsoft Suite and test logging tools Required Qualifications:

1+ year of direct, hands-on experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting

Strong background in solid-state and RF circuitry

Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic data entry

Ability to read and write in English

High School Diploma or equivalent required (Technical Associate's degree or equivalent training preferred) Preferred Skills:

Hands-on RF testing experience

Familiarity with Radar Systems and high-frequency electronics

Knowledge of statistical process control and QA protocols

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production environment
