We are seeking an Operations Coordinator in either our Madison, Milwaukee, or Indianapolis location. This role requires a high-level of organization, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and leadership. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by managing key processes, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional service support.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare materials for advisor meetings to ensure seamless interactions.

Input, maintain, and track business data in the CRM system.

Create and analyze reports to support informed decision-making.

Provide high-level service support to advisors.

Manage projects and execute departmental priorities efficiently.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive operational success.

Monitor submitted investment business and service requests for newly registered advisors.

Alert registered advisors to Not in Good Order (NIGO) assessments and assist in resolution.

Collaborate with advisors to correct paperwork issues and ensure compliance.

Oversee the status of Transfer of Asset (TOA) requests for new advisors, resolving roadblocks as needed.

Troubleshoot inquiries and operational challenges related to broker-dealer business.

Support experienced advisors in business transitions and account openings.

Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

High diligence and accuracy in daily tasks.

Securities Series 6 or Series 7 certification (preferred).

2+ years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred).

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
