Summary:
Responsible for the day to day administration of data input. Provide support for the day to day HRIS administration of any aspects of the HRIS system. Provide day to day and project support to Director of HRIS and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Input new hires, transfers, and other team member personnel transactions into appropriate HRIS system
Assist management with coordination of HR administration and HRIS projects, as assigned
Perform other administrative duties to assist HR office, as needed
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Qualifications
Previous analytical HRIS experience, including but not limited to, data input preferred
Efficient using computers, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
Previous experience using iSeries Infinium system preferred
Previous experience working in environment with sensitive and/or confidential information
Ability to effectively communicate in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards
Gaming Registration Physical Requirements
Occasionally push and/or pull up to 20 lbs.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels
Occasional standing
Frequent walking
