Description:

The organization

Quyntess helps its customers achieve an essential part of Digital Transformation: streamlining the collaboration within the supply chain. Think of a process in which our customer places purchase orders with his suppliers and the subsequent electronic communication about those all the way from the initial order to invoicing. Our customer may choose to communicate by means of a web application or fully automatic via EDI.

With a clear focus on collaborative planning and execution processes for Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, e-Logistics, and Supply Chain Sustainability, we have established a growing international customer base. Think of names such as Océ Canon, Volkswagen, MAN Truck & Bus, Danone, and PepsiCo. We host the solutions ourselves and cooperate with partners such as SAP and Tradeshift.

EDI is a fixed part of the overall solution and is provided via Quyntess Interchange Services (QIS). EDI connections between our customers and their business partners are built and supported with state-of-the-art open-source technology and advanced methodology. Connections to well-known ERP systems such as SAP are common.
