P&R MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY INC. focus on the research and application of measurement and control technology, empowering the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry by providing the necessary measurement and control instruments and equipment, automation devices, data value-added services, and tools for research, design, and production.

The company is located in San Jose, covering an area of over 500 square meters. Its main functions include industrial design, marketing, and serving as a service outlet in the United States. Currently, it has about 15 employees based in different locations at home and abroad, and the staff size will continue to expand in 2025.

Responsibilities

1. Interface with customers regarding project requirements, be responsible for follow-up and implementation of project requirements. Be able to independently communicate with both customers and internal engineers.

2. Conduct technical discussions with customers. Arrange the technical team to provide design plans according to requirements, and follow up the output.

3. Be responsible for providing feedback on on-site application issues, and propose design improvement suggestions.

4. Identify potential technical risks in projects, develop adjustment plans and contingency strategies, coordinate internal resources to ensure the normal operation of projects.

5. Travel to follow up project wiring at the customers site. Be able to independently output reports required by customers and complete other verification tasks.

6. Monitor project progress, follow up and handle issues after equipment delivery.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications

1. A bachelors degree or above is required. Majors in engineering - related fields such as Electronic Information, Electronic Science and Technology, Mechanical Automation, and Test Automation are preferred.

2. At least 3 years of project management experience.

3. Project management experience in non-standard filed. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.

4. Planning and execution capabilities, communication and coordination skills, strong analytical skills, stress-resistance, and the ability to solve problems.

5. Accept business trip arrangements.

6. Be able to participate in online meetings across time zones.
