Project Engineer

Location: Mesa, Arizona (In-Office)

Salary: Starting at $90,000, commensurate with experience

Role Overview:

We are excited to invite applications from experienced Project Engineers with a focus on civil/site development. This role demands an in-office presence in Mesa, AZ, and offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of impactful land development projects spanning commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family sectors. Core Responsibilities:

Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of land development initiatives.

Work alongside Project Managers to coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively.

Create and assess site plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

Track project milestones, address challenges, and support problem-solving efforts.

Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance.

Perform site inspections to confirm adherence to design standards.

Engage in client-facing duties as opportunities arise, based on skills and interest.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil/site land development, with a preference for those with 6 or more years.

Expertise in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

Possession of a P.E. license or ability to obtain one within 12 months.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Project Focus:

The role involves working on projects ranging from master-planned communities to intricate commercial, industrial, and multi-family developments. A significant focus is placed on drainage and roadway infrastructure design for private sector clients.
