Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Wage: $20.00 - $23.00/hour
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into ERP system
- Confirm orders to customer or broker
- Revise orders as needed and request delivery date changes
- Respond to customer/consumer complaints regarding product in a professional manner
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Solve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on creative thinking
- Create reports and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Support the sales team with fulfilling sample requests for potential customers and tradeshows
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Experience with consumer package goods company
- Knowledge of Word and Outlook and an order entry system
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail
- Active listening and attentive response skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Great analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Solid problem-solving skills with transportation experience
