Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate loves working with children, thinks outside the box, and is eager to make a difference through play. You'll assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy sessions in a setting that blends clinical excellence with imaginative, kid-friendly fun.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric clients
Develop creative, functional treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental needs
Work closely with families, caregivers, and other therapists to support carryover of skills
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner
Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and collaborative care planning
Create an engaging and supportive environment that encourages confidence and independence
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Texas OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
Previous pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for making therapy fun and purposeful
