What You’ll Do
Your future starts here! Royal is currently hiring for our Foam department which supplies foam accessories to injection molding products; primarily for our automotive and furniture customers. The right person is able to follow operator instructions, inspect parts and work in a fast paced environment. This position is open 3rd (12am-8am) shift. Based out of our Cullman, AL facility, this position reports to the Foam Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Stretching and reaching up and down to spray a mold release solution on plastic molds
Removing parts from plastic foam molds and inspecting for any imperfections
Following work instructions (both visual and written)
Completing necessary paperwork
Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
Skills & Requirements
Self directed, takes initiative and possess good time management skills
Completion of required production paperwork
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Effective communication (reporting on issues and shortages)
Attention to detail
Proven attendance and quality track record
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
Lifting up to 35lbs
Frequent bending, stretching and reaching
Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
All employees must wear approved safety glasses
Starting Wage: $19.50/hour + quarterly bonuses

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
Willing and able to work overtime
Able to lift 35 lbs
Ability to work 3rd (12am-8am) shift
