PAY RATE: Up to $21/hour

Summary:

We are seeking candidates with any level of sheet metal experience for an opportunity to join a team supporting aircraft part assembly.

While aircraft-specific experience is not required, prior experience as an Assembler or Aircraft Structures Mechanic is highly preferred.

Manufacture, assemble, and refurbish aircraft parts (e.g., F-16/F-35 canopies, C-130 components)

Perform part fitting, measuring, trimming, and quality checks

Modify assemblies as needed and perform basic repairs

Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings

Ensure quality standards are met and assist with corrective actions

Requirements:

1–2 years of sheet metal assembly experience (open to all sheet metal backgrounds)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical data

Basic math skills and computer proficiency

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Aircraft structures experience on F-16, F-35, or C-130

Experience using jigs, fixtures, templates, and build-to-print techniques

Familiarity with operations such as riveting, drilling, reaming, cold working, and framing

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
