Support multiple partners with complex schedules, high-level priorities, and client engagement
Serve as a proactive right hand to partners, connecting departments and coordinating critical projects
Delegate and oversee administrative and document work to support teams, ensuring timely completion
Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars, travel, and meeting logistics
Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other deliverables with a high level of detail
Liaise directly with clients and external contacts on behalf of attorneys
Support Patent Litigation trial teams, including potential travel
Lead preparation and coordination for internal meetings and client team sessions
Oversee prebilling, international billing, and budget monitoring for client matters
Ensure electronic and paper files are managed in compliance with firm standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of executive-level administrative experience supporting partners or senior executives
Experience supporting Patent Litigation, ITC, and IPR filings
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage high-priority tasks
Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
