What you’ll do at OhioMHAS:
Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
Prepare and maintain records
Assist with reviewing charts
Compile and type reports
Transcribe
Complete record requests
Answer Inquiries
Assist with the clinic and schedule client follow-up appointments
Attend meetings and seminars
This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #26 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, 1st SHIFT. This position is located at 4325 Green Road, Highland Hills, Ohio 44128.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
Additional Salary / Appointment Information:
Pay increase of 4.5% July 1, 2025, and a 3% increase July 1, 2026.
Longevity supplement after 5 years of service
6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in using personal computer & related business office software; 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures.
-Or 6 mos. exp. as Office Professional 1, 12141.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
