What does a successful Credit Risk Implementation Advisor do?

A Credit Risk Implementation Advisor at Fiserv ensures that we deliver on our commitments to financial institution partners, driving client satisfaction through exceptional service. By leading client projects from inception to completion, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless experience as the single point of contact for our clients. Your expertise will enable our clients to optimize their credit risk product usage, enhancing consumer experiences and improving operational efficiency.

What you will do:

Lead and execute implementation functions, including gathering requirements, system configuration support, planning, and client support for credit risk products.

Provide consultation, configuration, and training support to clients implementing or updating credit risk solutions.

Assume ownership of all aspects of the implementation project, managing expectations, ensuring task completion, and bringing projects to closure.

Document timelines, gather requirements, and complete implementation deliverables while partnering with Fiserv fulfillment teams.

Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project status, key deliverables, and timelines.

Coordinate communication between internal Fiserv and external client teams, developing a formal communication plan tailored to each project.

Proactively manage implementations, identifying and mitigating risks before they become critical blockers.

Develop a strong understanding of internal Fiserv processes impacting delivery.

What you will need to have:

4+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, or product strategy.

4+ years of software implementation experience; knowledge of SDLC and experience working with development teams.

4+ years of experience presenting and leading stakeholders and clients through complex topics, including requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and training.

4+ years of experience in customer service, client implementation, and support.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.

2+ years of experience with credit risk management solutions, such as Experian PowerCurve, FICO ACS, TRIAD, or Strategy Director.

Working knowledge of IT program and project management functions.
