Material Handler/Forklift Operator (DAL)

Regal Staffing Services now hiring for a Material Handler/Forklift Position located in the Midlothian, 76065 area.

Shifts/Pay Rate: Monday – Friday (6:30am to 3:00pm): $19.14/hour (Some Saturdays).

Responsibilities:

Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the Inventory Control Department.

Count materials returned from production and returned to stock in the warehouse.

Receive materials and goods from interplant transfers and outside vendors.

Pallet builds and ships raw materials and finished goods to Building A.

Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, pallet jack, or forklift.

Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.

Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on pull list, on stock request.

Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.

Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.

Cross train in at least two areas of the warehouse; Shipping and Receiving Departments.

Investigates inventory discrepancies.

Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load for operators to move load to destination.

Requirements:

High school diploma or (GED); or 1-2 years of experience.

Forklift experience (Sit down, Electric Pallet Jack, Stand up) Must be Forklift Certified.

Ability to use Excel, Data entry and email correspondence.

Must have Oracle or similar knowledge.

Basic math and reading skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Detail oriented.

Reliable transportation.

Stable work history.

Pass background check and drug screen.
