Key Qualifications:

Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.

Must possess a valid drivers license (for current state) in good standing with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Responsibilities:

The CNA/Transportation Aide will provide transportation for residents to go to various appointments and/or activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards to assure that the facility meets the needs of each resident.
