Description:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
