IT Infrastructure Administrator - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 25-01273 Salary Range: $50K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits Cleveland / Mentor, Ohio area Company seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to maintain, upgrade and support hardware, software, and security systems.

REQUIREMENTS: Associate / Bachelor's Information Technology or Computer Science Degree Preferred Candidates would have experience with ERP implementation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, SQL Server Reports Services (SSRS), or related software.

The IT Administrator should have an In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.

Coordinate project management for the implementation of new systems, such as EDI, Barcoding, ERP systems, etc.

Install, configure, maintain computer systems, servers, network equipment and resolve network and technical issues ensuring proper connectivity, and managing network traffic.

Set up and configure, upload software / install software patches, upgrade hardware for desktop computers and peripherals and resolve user problems with computer software and hardware, including phone systems, printers, copiers, PCs, laptops, postage machines, and other equipment on the network.

Implement and maintain data backup systems for security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.

Maintain, create, and delete user accounts, set permissions, and manage access control.

Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
