Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7am - 4pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9am - 6pm

Average 10 - 15 patients per day

On-site employee health clinic at food processing facility

Support staff includes one provider and two medical assistants

EMR: Custom EMR

Services include primary care, women's health, and occupational health

On-site dispensing available

Treats patients ages 2 years through geriatrics
