Proposal Engineer (US Citizenship ) with Security Clearance

TITLE: Proposal Engineer (US Citizenship REQUIRED) RATE RANGE: $45 - $59/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract) CLEARANCE: Secret, obtainable within reasonable time based on requirements LOCATION: Scottsdale AZ 85257 (no relocation package) WORKPLACE OPTIONS: This position is 3 days on site with 2 days working from home.

No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is preferred at time of hire.

Candidates must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.

Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S.

Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S.

citizenship is required.

POSITION OVERVIEW As a Proposal Engineer for Space Force MUOS, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for defining, developing and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system.

We provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service, allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than available through the current system.

REQUIREMENTS Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with defense and aerospace industry standards and practices.

Knowledge of proposal development processes and best practices (e.g., Shipley, APMP). Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition processes.

PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Agile experience preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.

Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
