Description:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents through assessment, care plan implementation, and evaluation.
Provide licensed care per physician orders, including vital signs, catheter care, IV therapy, and respiratory treatments.
Chart detailed nurse's notes, ensure a safe environment, and coordinate with staff and families.
Maintain compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards.
Qualifications include current LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and preferred 1+ year of long-term care experience.
Requires excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and physical ability to perform duties.
