Physical Therapist - Full Time Sign-On Bonus

Provides patient care under supervision, following established standards and practices.

Performs basic duties such as obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, collecting specimens, and assisting providers with exams and procedures.

Manages patient flow, answers phones, records messages, schedules tests, and documents patient information.

Assists with medication refills and administers medications/immunizations per provider orders.

Maintains exam rooms, cleans equipment, orders supplies, and follows sterile techniques and protocols.

Handles routine clerical tasks like chart retrieval, filing, and completing forms.

Attends meetings and training, performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements include LVN license (state or compact), BLS certification, and competency in lab procedures. This is a full-time position.
