Join our team as an Outpatient Addictions Counselor dedicated to helping adolescents overcome addiction and improve community integration.

Provide assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Collaborate with clinical team and community partners to enhance client care and program visibility.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services, Iowa Substance Abuse Counselor Certification, and at least two years of relevant experience; preferred Master’s degree and adolescent counseling experience.

Salary starts at $40,000/year. Schedule: Monday to Friday. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply. In-person work location.
