Summary of Job:
Provides independent nursing care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant factors and managing complex patient needs.
Performs assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations following ANA standards.
Delegates tasks to care team members to effectively manage clinical situations.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of nursing experience (or new graduate), and valid RN license and BLS certification.
Must obtain ACLS within 30 days of hire and other certifications as per position requirements.
Works full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts, in a fast-growing hospital specializing in orthopedic, surgical, ICU, cardiovascular, women’s services, and more.
