Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members focusing on overall health and barriers to care.

Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment, increasing up to 160% with our Market Multiplier, plus additional pay for qualifying tests.

Shifts are available Monday–Sunday, with no nights or weekends required, on a short-term or long-term basis.

Travel expenses like airfare, hotel, and rental cars may be covered.
