Home health aides provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, skin care, toileting, and maintaining the living environment.

Assist with meal planning, feeding, medication self-administration, and simple therapies like range of motion exercises.

Perform vital signs, record documentation within 24 hours, and report changes to nurses.

Ensure safety, proper equipment use, and meet safety needs.

Qualifications include age 18+, current CPR, ability to follow instructions, drive, and work independently.
