HSS Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab with a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for candidates with >1 year of experience.

Locations include Stamford, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Wilton, and Westport, offering regional opportunities.

Candidates should have experience in non-operative and post-operative patient management, strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills; Connecticut licensure is required, advanced certifications preferred.

New grads are encouraged to apply with mentorship available.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning and modification, documentation, inter-disciplinary communication, and supervision of support staff and students.
