Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday: 3 PM - 11 PM; Sunday: 8 AM - 11 PM (30 hours)

General Description:

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to team staff and oversee crisis services for youth and adults in Berkshire County.

Coordinate triage, crisis intervention, and level of care evaluations in collaboration with Emergency Services.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

Licensure required within 6 months; 2-3 years post-license experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and crisis intervention expertise.

Excellent communication, knowledge of DSM-5, community resources, and AMCI/YMCI services.
