Flexible Schedule Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This role involves providing on-site dental hygiene services to patients in long-term care facilities across a 3-hour radius, including travel and overnight stays when needed.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient lists, setting up equipment, performing treatments (X-rays, cleanings, sealants), and documenting care in Salesforce.

Work closely with facility staff to coordinate patient transfers and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and ADA standards.

Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and handle sterilization procedures.

Must have a valid RDH license, 5+ years’ experience, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 200 lbs is required.

Strong communication, organization, customer service, and teamwork skills are essential.
