Resident Care Companion or STNA (All Shifts)

This RN float position involves working across multiple Medical-Surgical units at all campuses, with a $25/hour float differential.

Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with medical or surgical needs.

Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families.

Requires a nursing degree from an accredited program, with at least one year of inpatient Med-Surg experience preferred.

Must hold an active Missouri RN license, BLS certification within 90 days, and PALS within one year.
