Director of Nursing

This role involves providing supportive advocacy to patients and their families as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, aiming to overcome barriers and ensure safe, coordinated discharges to the community.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Leisure Studies with an emphasis on recreational therapy or CTRS certification.

Preferred experience in mental health or with specific age groups.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Must demonstrate initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and research capabilities.

Proficiency in computer applications, effective documentation, and routine decision-making in line with policies is essential.

Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days; CTRS certification is preferred.
