Memory Care Coordinator (LPN, Assisted Living) - DSL

This nursing role involves providing general care to patients in a clinic or medical office setting.

Administers medication, prepares equipment, and supports physicians during patient treatments.

Acts as a primary, associate, or team leader in planning and implementing patient care.

Ensures safe aseptic techniques and procedures are followed.

Provides leadership and guidance to support staff within the department.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an RN license in the state of employment or via compact, and BLS certification.
