Resident Care Companion and STNA (Days) Columbus

Seeking a Patient Care Associate to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision across 25 counties in southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas.

Assist with obtaining patient information and report changes in condition.

Deliver pre- and post-procedural care as directed by nursing staff.

Required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience as a nursing assistant, EMT, CNA, Surgical Technologist, or completion of an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Program or nursing fundamentals within the past 3 years is necessary.

Possess excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
