The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently and manages routine and complex patient care, demonstrating ongoing development in clinical skills and contingency management.
Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
Delegates tasks appropriately to team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience, RN license, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Participates in orientation and competency validation, with certifications obtained within specified timeframes.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, per diem as needed.
