Director of Nursing (LPN) Avon

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment, supporting Lead Teachers in planning activities, and teaching children across various ages.

Duties involve greeting parents, assisting with diapering, potty training, cleaning, and stocking supplies, while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 college hours in early childhood education (or 3 hours if hired before 7/30/2018), or MOA waiver

Preferred 1-2 years related experience

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Ability to perform under stress during busy times

Health screening, annual TB test, and immunizations required

Must obtain Heartsaver Pediatric CPR/FA/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
