Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - DSL

The Registered Nurse coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality care aligned with unit standards.

Must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in New Mexico or a compact state.

BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire; other certifications must be obtained within 6 months.

Possesses current knowledge of patient care, communicates effectively, and respects patient rights.

Works under supervision of the Patient Care Director or Manager in a safe, clean environment, with exposure to infectious diseases, and handles emergency situations.

Physical requirements include prolonged standing, moving patients/equipment, and visual/hearing acuity.
