The Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse provides independent, comprehensive care for children with disabilities or injuries in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, managing pain, administering medications, and supporting mobility rehabilitation.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive physical, emotional, and developmental outcomes.
Documents care, monitors treatment effects, and educates patients and caregivers for long-term recovery.
Utilizes nursing standards, addresses complex psychosocial needs, and delegates appropriately.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and RN license.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
