Description:
The Clinical Supervisor, reporting to Nursing Leadership, oversees shift operations and nursing care quality in a clinical department.
Responsible for supervising staff, guiding daily nursing services, and ensuring patient safety.
Supports patient and family care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
Coaches and mentors nursing associates, demonstrating professionalism and clinical excellence.
Requires RN licensure in New Mexico, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), and relevant certifications.
Preferred BSN, specialty certification, and 3+ years experience.
Must handle emergency situations, work irregular hours, and manage physical demands including prolonged standing and patient transfers.
