RN Case Manager

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to lead skin and wound care teams in Oregon.

Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams through education and collaboration.

Travel weekly for wound rounds and house calls within an assigned region.

Provide expert skin and wound care, including assessments, dressing application, and minor procedures.

Order and interpret diagnostics, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress accurately.

Collaborate virtually with medical leaders in wound care, dermatology, and related specialties.

Must have reliable transportation, active DEA license, and 1-2 years of wound care experience preferred.

Excellent communication, dependability, and professionalism are essential.

Position offers a competitive salary ($124K-$146.5K), full benefits, no nights or weekends, and paid training.

Work involves day shifts Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth and certification in wound care.
