Clinical Program Therapist (Inpatient and Outpatient) - Competitive

Seeking an Optometrist at 0.8–0.9 FTE (32–36 hrs/week) to provide comprehensive eye care and ophthalmic consultations.

Practice sites include the Twin Cities medical campus and community satellite clinics.

Hold adjunct assistant professor status within the Medical School.

Perform eye exams, diagnose ocular diseases, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide treatments including therapeutics.

Offer neuro-ophthalmic consultations and participate in educational activities with students and residents.

Utilize integrated EMR (EPIC) and advanced imaging tools like OCT, visual fields, topography, and photography.

No weekend or overnight call required.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Optometry degree, Minnesota licensure, DPA/TPA certification, and DEA eligibility.

Preferred experience with complex ocular/systemic diseases and urgent care.
