Licensed Independent Social Worker

We are seeking a full-time & PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents at our Smoky Hill facility in Salina, KS.

Provide therapy services following physician orders and professional standards.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short and long-term goals supporting discharge plans.

Perform skilled treatments and document patient progress accurately and timely.

Maintain treatment areas and equipment safely, adhering to infection control guidelines.

Requirements include Kansas OT license, strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills. Geriatric rehab experience is preferred.
