Home Health Physical Therapist - Part Time

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments using evidence-based practices and technology.

Responsibilities include addressing physical and psychological needs, fostering quality care, communicating compassionately, developing treatment plans, and supervising LPNs/CNAs.

Must hold an active RN license, with BLS/ACLS certification required upon hire for Cath Lab positions.

Education requires graduation from an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred within four years unless qualifying experience exists.

Physical demands include reading, manual dexterity, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
