Resident Care Companion or STNA (All Shifts ) - DSL

This role involves providing basic patient care in a classroom and clinical setting to train as unlicensed assistive personnel.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, changing linens, and reporting patient condition changes under supervision.

Completion of training will involve a competency assessment to validate skills.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior healthcare experience or completion of relevant training programs.

Strong communication, time management, problem-solving skills, and flexibility are essential.

Certification in BLS is required within 90 days. For Nurse Assistant roles, experience, licensure, and timely certification in Missouri are necessary.
