Responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric to geriatric patients.
Provides supervision to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, and may serve as a charge nurse.
Develops, reviews, and updates nursing care plans, implements interventions, and evaluates patient responses.
Educates patients and families, acts as a role model, and mentors new staff and students.
Ensures effective communication, maintains confidentiality, and reports patient conditions accurately.
Requires a BSN preferred, with 6 months to 1 year RN experience, valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
Work schedule is from 7 PM to 7 AM; full-time position.
