Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 7p-7a and 7a-7p Shifts

The competent Nurse, with experience in a similar clinical setting, practices independently and manages routine and complex patient care while developing long-term plans.

Provides nursing care based on the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and administers medications and treatments per protocol.

Documents patient information and educates patients and families on care needs.

Meets competency expectations, including BLS, ACLS, and other certifications within specified timeframes.

Preferred qualifications include a BSN and 1 year of critical care experience; new graduates may be considered.

Requires RN licensure, current certifications, and adherence to onboarding and annual competency requirements.

This is a per diem position with flexible hours.
