Summary: The experienced Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. They demonstrate awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations, delegate tasks appropriately, and develop contingency management skills.
Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per ANA standards, assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience; valid RN license and BLS certification required. ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
All new hires attend orientation, with competency validations completed within designated timeframes. Experience in critical care is preferred but new graduates are accepted.
Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time. Certification requirements vary, with specified grace periods based on experience level.
