Director of Nursing - DSL

Summary: The qualified Nurse, with experience in a similar clinical setting, practices independently, providing routine and complex care while focusing on long-term goals. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. They delegate tasks appropriately to team members and educate patients and families.

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and an active RN license.

Must hold BLS certification; ACLS and other specialty certifications are required within specified timeframes based on experience.

New hires attend orientation, are precepted, and complete competency validations. The work schedule is 3 days of 12-hour shifts, full-time.
