Upon acceptance, commit to working full-time in the HIM Coding Department for 2 years, completing both online and in-person training.

Successfully complete the program and pass the certification exam (CPC, CIC, COC, CRC) within 60 days to qualify for a Coder II role.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred 1 year of medical experience.

Must obtain AAPC or AHIMA approved credentials within 1 year of employment.

Skills include proficiency with computers, excellent communication, and software competency.
