Profee Coder

This position offers student nurses hands-on experience working under a Registered Nurse, focusing on nursing processes and practice.

Responsibilities include participating in educational sessions, job shadowing, and assisting with patient care.

The Nurse Extern may provide patient care in a Nurse Assistant role, pending manager approval.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, enrollment in an accredited nursing program (4th-year student from a 4-year college or 3rd/4th-semester student from a 2-year college), and previous patient care experience through fundamentals classes.

CPR certification (American Heart Association) is also required.

This is a per diem, as-needed position.
